Purchase loans are my primary focus
My primary source of business comes from purchase loans. Since I have been in this business over 80% of my loan applications are for purchase transactions. Any time and money spent on finding new customers is spent trying to find home buyers.
When working with a realtor assisted purchase we complete customer applications and obtain Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac pre-approvals. Equally important we respect your purchase agreement, and are constantly aware of all deadlines. If you have any questions any day of the week, you will have the cell phone of the person you are working with and can expect calls to be answered immediately or returned very promptly.
